Free Economy Shipping on all U.S. orders $200 or more. Delivery occurs in 5 to 8 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

Standard (3-4 business days) - $15
Delivery occurs in 3 to 4 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Express (1-2 business days) - $25
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 2PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification. Customer signature is required for delivery. Next-Day and 2nd day air orders are given top priority.

*Economy delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 8 business days. You may choose to select 2nd Day or Next Day air services for expedited delivery.

At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping and all charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. United Rivers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless otherwise stated or purchased during checkout.

RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable.

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:

1. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.
3. The merchandise must not be altered.

Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
